Why We Built This
Sport is one of the most powerful forces in a young person's life. It teaches communication, resilience, teamwork, and self-belief. It builds friendships that last decades and habits that shape character for life.
But youth sports in America keeps getting more expensive. Registration fees, uniforms, equipment, travel costs — for many families here in Iredell County, those numbers add up fast. And when the cost gets too high, kids get left out.
That is not acceptable to us.
Kicks for Kids was created to remove that barrier. Every dollar raised goes directly to individual families in our community, covering whatever they need to get their child on the field and keep them there. This is not a fundraiser for Statesville FC. This is for your neighbors, your community, and the next generation of athletes growing up right here in the Ville.
